XX2i Optics Hawaii 1 and Bermuda 1 Review

I got the Hawaii 1 sunglasses and liked that they were very similar to the France 2, which is one of my favorite sunglasses.  The Hawaii 1 have a little more coverage on the side, which will provide more protection from the sun.  The Hawaii 1 sunglasses also improved the clarity of the optics and now come standard with polarized 8k lenses which ensuring the utmost lens clarity for any kind of outdoor training and racing.

The Hawaii 1 sunglasses I tested were the Matte White with Polar Grey Lenses (which look slightly blue).  There are extremely light weight thanks to the carbon fiber arms.  The arms come with rubber in the temple area as well as behind the ears. What does that mean for you?  You get a light pair of sunglasses that won’t slide or move around, even if they are sitting on top of your head (not in use). 

The Hawaii 1 sunglasses are easy to adjust and can adapt to almost any face shape or activity that you are performing.  The nosepiece is bendable to provide a better, more personalized, fit. 

I have to say that these are one of the better fitting and more comfortable sunglasses that I tested, especially for my face shape.  I have a hard time finding sunglasses that look good on me, but these did.

Bermuda 1

I got the Bermuda 1 sunglasses in White & Black to test as well.  They are XX2i’s first casual sunglasses.  XX2i claims that they are the ultimate go-to sunglasses that are easy on your wallet.  They are available in classic Matte Black, Matte Tortoise, White & Black, and Crystal Black.
